To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach us by:
- Giving us a call during our office hours at 949-552-1313 Office Hours: 8:30am-12noon, 1:30-4:15pm
- Log into your patient portal at Patient Fusion
- Fill out the CONTACT US form on the right. *Please note only messages relating to cancellation/rescheduling will be relayed to us. For any other concerns, please give us a call. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
What Is Considered a No-Show?
A no-show occurs when:
• You miss your appointment, or
• You cancel with less than 48 business hours' notice for office visits and 72 business hours’ notice for surgical appointments
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Office Visit with Less Than 48 Business Hours’ Notice: $35
Surgery Cancellation with Less Than 72 Business Hours' Notice: $200
Why We Have This Policy
We strive to deliver exceptional, individualized care to each patient. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it can prevent other patients from receiving timely medical attention. To support access to care and maintain an efficient schedule, our office has implemented a cancellation and no-show policy. This helps us maximize appointment availability for patients who need medical services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide excellent care to all of our patients.

Please help us keep appointments available for everyone. To provide timely care for all patients, we ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled with adequate notice whenever possible.
